Graham Fuller is an experienced civil litigation attorney with a strong record of helping parties resolve complex disputes efficiently and thoughtfully.
Mr. Fuller brings more than fifteen years of legal experience across a variety of civil matters to his mediation practice. He assists in resolving commercial conflicts, corporate disputes, real estate matters, contract and tort claims, collection and post-judgment issues, as well as domestic relations disputes.
Graham has argued cases through all stages of litigation, including before the Colorado Supreme Court, giving him a practical understanding of risk, leverage, and likely outcomes - insight he uses to help parties reach durable resolutions.
Mr. Fuller has been recognized by his peers for both professional excellence and integrity. Known for his calm demeanor and solution-oriented approach, Graham excels at identifying core interests, reframing entrenched positions, and guiding parties toward creative, practical outcomes. His experience across a wide range of civil matters allows him to communicate effectively with both parties and counsel, and he manages emotionally charged disputes with clarity and respect.
Graham has completed hundreds of hours of volunteer legal service through Boulder County Legal Services and has assisted pro se litigants through clinics at the Boulder courthouse and through the Boulder County Bar Association. He has also presented CLE (continuing legal education) programs to attorneys, which demonstrates his ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and evenhandedly - an essential skill in mediation.
Graham is also deeply involved in the Colorado arts community in a variety of roles. As a composer and producer of staged musicals, he brings a deep appreciation for storytelling, collaboration, and empathy to his mediation work. He lives in Boulder County with his wife and two children, and he loves rooting for Colorado sports teams in his (rare) free time.
